2.0L engine swap

Good day, I did an engine swap on my 2009 HHR 2.0 5spd. Love the car (bought new in 09 as a work truck) but its been lacking power from the 2.0. The clutch finally died at 380000 kms, so I decided it was time for a small upgrade. I found a 2007 Chevy Cobalt SS with a 2.0 5spd supercharged engine in it. (300Hp).
Fit perfectly mechanically, the wiring harness from the Cobalt don't match up on my fuse box, need the connector to the fuse box rewired or the old harness wired to the new engine to get it running. Any Suggestions on where I can get this done or what's the best approach to get this done?

Its a partial HHR Panel, also looking for two rear doors to make it a full panel SS clone. Should be a really fun car to drive if I ever get her done.

The SA was only available in 2008 thru 2010 .the AA5 version is the most rare of the HHR’s only one year built 2009 and only 199 built. As for tge harness you probably will have to tackle that yourself.

Lot of things in the 1st post don’t make any sense. The picture shows a regular HHR. They never had a 2.0 engine. Either it had a 2.2 or 2.4. You say you put a supercharged Cobalt engine in your HHR ? Since the HHR never came supercharged then you will need all the Cobalts wiring harness and modules. (ECM,PCM,TCM etc)
And where did you mount the intercooler and piping for it ?
This is no simple swap. You would have been better off to put a strong 2.4 in it or traded for a HHR SS.
And FYI. That Cobalt supercharged engine is not 300 hp. A lot less. Look up the specs. 205 hp in stock form.

Yes I am 100% sure it was a 2.0, only a few HHR were built with the 2.0 (under powered), The New 2.0 from the Cobalt fit perfectly......I have the complete wiring Harnes and all modules from the SS, the SS engine is far from stock, makes around 300hp on the dyno.......

Wrong.
The only engines in the regular and panel HHR’s were the 2.2 and 2.4. There was never a 2.0 in those cars.
The 2.0L engine was only available in the 2008-2010 HHR SS. It was a turbocharged version.
Your 1st post refers to your car as a panel. Sorry but no its not.

If you don’t believe this, look it up on Wikipedia. It lists the years and versions and available engines.

Use the VIN decoder under the TOOLS tab. I think someone was blowing smoke at you.
If the 8th postion in your VIN is "X" it came with a 2.0 which is LNF with turbo. A "B" is a 2.2L a "V" is 2.4L. Assuming it is really a 2009.
No HHRs were produced with non-turbo 2.0L. No HHRs were produced with Super Chargers.
Of course it will "fit". Will the ECMs be the same? NO.
The model year is the 19th position, a "9" would be for 2009.

Next I expect you will say it was built in Canada. ALL HHRs were built in Mexico (the last position in the VIN "S").

A don’t think there is such a thing as a partial panel. The AA5 is just a regular HHR with blocked out rear quarter windows. Still has a back seat with roll down windows.
A true panel is just that. A panel HHR. No back seat. Even came with a “PANEL” emblem on the back hatch.
