Oil on the spark plugs is a major issue. Trying to fix all that other stuff is useless if you have major engine problems.

Oil on the plugs where external from the valve cover leaking oil, oil on the electrodes internally in the combustion chamber?

not 100% sure.... when i first pulled plugs 1 and 4 had oil dripping off when i pulled them out. so not sure if it was inside or out of the combustion chamber. but ran it again for awhile and the electrodes weren't wet when i pulled the plugs again. so maybe valve cover???? let me keep digging. thanks guys

The working end of the plugs is inside the combustion chamber.

If it’s dripping it’s from the valve cover gasket leaking.
