2006 hhr blower motor blockage?
My issue is I can hear my blower motor work on all speeds but nothing is coming through the vents. I already checked the cabin air so I'm thinking its a door somewhere that's closed and won't open? I need help!!!

The blend door directs the flow of air from Floor, Defrost vents, Center vents. If you have no air flowing to any of the vents, and the cabin filter is clean, I would check to see if the air intake ( under hood cowling area) is not blocked with leaves, etc. You could also remove the cabin filter, leaving that door open and see if you can feel any air coming out. Being an 06, I would also remove the under hood butyl patch so you could look directly down to the top of the blower. You would either see a blockage or the blower turning (when switched "on". Here is what the butyl patch is https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-tutorial-library-21/fixed-my-water-leak-last-night-14263/

I have checked the under cowl piece and found no blockage, and I removed the fan and ran it and it seems to be working fine. I thought the blend door only regulated air temp blending? Is that my possible blockage? I removed the cabin air and could see through the cowl area to the blower area

You have 2 doors. One is an actual blend door for temp. regulation. The other is considered a divertor door. It regulates the airflow to the correct outflow path. Ex: Dash vents, floor vents, defrost vents or a combination of those.
Just curious. How did you get the blower motor out? From the factory it is made into the AC box and has to be cut out for replacement. Has yours been replaced before and you only needed to unbolt the blower motor for removal?

I have a thought. If you have had blower motor work done is it possible that the blower is wired backwards. (Blower motor turning the wrong direction). A side note all blower air blows through the a/c evap core if you have a leaking evap core dirt can stick to it and block the flow but that takes time and slowly reduces flow. One more thing have you tried the recerulation mode? With the recerulation mode change noise or sound when switched?
