2008 SS Electrical Issues????

While driving my 2008 HHR SS home the other day I noticed that my gauges were not working, then started working and continued to bounce between working and not, also all the warning indicators at the bottom of the cluster were coming on and off also, and then the radio would start to go on and off. I pulled over and shut it off, when I tried to restart it it wouldn't crank, I had power but it wouldn't crank and the key fob wouldn't work for anything, lock unlock or remote start. I was checking fuses and relays but didn't see anything so after about 15min I tried starting the car and it started so I just drove it home and the entire time the warning lights and gauges keep going on and off. Any ideas on this. I bought the car out of state and when I called the dealer they didn't want to do anything about it but the car still has a 30 day 1000 mile warranty. Any help would be awesome guys thanks.

I'd start by checking the battery voltage to see if the battery has a dead cell. I had a similar situation happen several years ago and the voltage would drop to the point that the car electronics would flicker like you're describing.

X2 - yup, the first thing I would check is the battery. Any auto parts store can put a load tester on it to see what kind of shape it is in.

Welcome to the site. I agree with both above. Get the battery and charging system checked. Ether can cause those problems. Also check the fuses under the hood and make sure they are all pushed down and tight.
