The fan does not come on with the A/C or as the temperature rises. I double-checked today, but it was hard to see last night because it was 11:00 at night, and my car is parked outside in the dark.

As far as the oil, I checked that this morning too, and it was the normal color and at the normal level. Nothing out of the ordinary with that...

After you get the fans fixed, (ASAP), it would be a good idea to change that oil no matter how good it looks, just in case. Better safe than sorry, it could have lost some quality and still look okay.....

OK, I will make sure I do that. I am going to take it in for service this afternoon. I'm hoping maybe the fan was just left disconnected after the recent radiator replacement. We'll see...

Turn the key to the on position and see what your ECT on your DIC says, i.e. how 'cool' the car is from sitting over night.

If it was, the shop was not very thorough at testing as they should have at least turned on the AC to make certain the fan worked.

I hope the radiator was changed because it was leaking, not because of an overheating problem.

The radiator was damaged and leaking. I hit something in the road. It caved in the radiator as well as the A/C condenser. Had that all fixed about 3 months ago.

When I got in the car this morning after it had been sitting all night long, it was about 30* or so, which is what the outside temperature was.

also that hot i would think about the thermostat also. It maybe worth replacing it anyway as a just in case thing. It doesnt take a whole lot to make a thermostat stick. There should be a link in the how to for replacing it
