Air Bag issues
Every since we purchased our HHR back in 2009, we have been having issues with our Air Bag light coming on. About every 3 months, we take it in to the dealer to have them fix it. Of course that always ends up being around the time that we are due for an oil change, so we end up getting that done at the same time we have them fix the airbag light. I'm not sure what they do to fix it, but it works...for about 3 months! I'm starting to think that it's their way to get us to take it in for servicing. They told us that sometimes when Onstar sends a signal to do their "diagnostic test" it messes up the airbag light. We are not currently subscribing to Onstar, so I'm not sure if that is true or not. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I have read your post about your situation with your vehicle and the dealership. I apologize that you are having to go through this. If you would like, you can feel free to take the vehicle to another dealership to see about having your air bag light fixed.
If you would like to provide me with more details about what has happened, I can exhaust my resources too. However, I will additional information to get this done for you. Please, let me know which avenue that you would like to take and we will go from there.
