Air bag warning light
#14
I just got my car back they had to replace the MDL SEN withever that is cost $523.68 thanks for the warranty. Also had to have my Rotors turned it seems with so many proablems with these rotors gm would go elsewhere for them.

My problem with the air bag was just a fuse, but the mechanic spent many hours checking other things before discovering the problem. Then, since I had tapped that fuse for my GPS, they blamed me for the problem and billed me for $212. (And that was discounted since I have a friend that works there.) I am still upset about the whole thing, especially since they told me in the morning that they dont have the wiring diagram for the car because it is too new, so everything is taking longer than normal. But, I admit I left myself in a bad position by leaving the wire there (all of my other accessories are wired properly. I temporarily stuck this wire in that spot, and forgot to redo it.)
Today I brought the car in for the rest of the work-the front rotors had to be cut (.0005" left and .001" right.) How long until these get out of round? Perhaps they should switch to a better, thicker rotor like the kind Mike sells?
Sure, it was no charge. But it was still a major inconvience. And, since I waited for the car, it killed 4 hours of my time (including travel time). If the parts are faulty, why should the consumer suffer?
