Have you taken the time to reseat all your fuses?

See HERE

This could easily be the hidden source of your problem.

Check it out yourself - most dealers aren't even aware of this fuse problem.

Best of luck!

Thank you I printed off that information and am taking that into the Dealer with me tonight when I take them back my car. Maybe this information will end my AC problem.

Speaking of air conditioning yesterday I turned it on and I got this weird smell out of it. I figured it was nothing so I let it run for a bit but the smell stayed. This afternoon it did the same. Any ideas???

Mike, thank you so much I printed that off and took it to the Dealer with me. they said that when they checked the fuses they were all loose. they pushed them all in and are testing my HHR today. Hopefully this will resolve my issue and I wont have anymore trouble with my car.

Then about 1-2 times a week i had the same trouble i took it back to the dealer who had my HHR for a week ( just about killed me cause they gave me a Colbolt) they could not get it to repeat the issue, since then i have had it happen several more times, today my HHR goes back to the dealer for more test. Has anyone else ever had this issue so i can lead them in the right direction?

Did anybody find the fix for this problem. I took it to the dealer yesterday and they were able to duplicate the problem, but no solution.
