- Low transmission fluid level

- Faulty 1-2 Shift Solenoid valve
- 1-2 Shift Solenoid valve harness or connectors
- 1-2 Shift Solenoid valve circuit is open or shorted

Not related at all to the brakes or cruise control, kind of raises a red flag over the dealer's diagnostic capabilities.
One of you is having a dyslexia attack.

P0572 is cruise control problem, probably brake lights or the brake light switch. (Cruise Control/Brake Switch Circuit A low). My guess being that the high brake light has had a bulb or 2 blown out at some time.

And OBDII codes are OBDII codes.

But does bring into question electrical wiring faults as a cause of the airbag light.

I saw you were a mod so i took it you were an expert..I had the car towed to the shop and accused him of trying to rip me off and that he didnt know his codes then during the test drive I beat him to death with a tire iron...

now what am I going to tell his widow and kids ?
oppps sorry I got bad info on a website...dont think that will pass..

its all good, Im over 40 and brain fart and other kinds of farts all the time.

before I invest a ton of casholia in this problem Im going to try to find all the connectors in the airbag system and check the connectors...

I wonder if theres a wire diagram on line somewhere.

Yeah you got that right!!! Naw, we are just old guys with nothing better to do.

ps: I hope the tire iron still works as originally designed. I've found this to be great for cleaning icky tire irons - http://www.worldsbeststeamcleaner.com/

Today's "To Do" list so far......

1. Send a donation to The Widows & Orphans Fund For Mechanics Unjustly Beaten To Death With Tire Irons.

2. Buy new reading glasses at WalMart, vow to never trust K-Mart reading glasses again.

3. Buy bottle of Gas-X pills, hopefully they also work on brain farts.

4. Beg for forgiveness.

5. Order "Becoming A Hermit For Beginners" from Amazon.

6. Hang head in shame.

7. Have 10 month old son proof read all future posts.

Silliness aside, I humbly apologize beachbummm, I am so very sorry for messing up.

all is forgiven ....sometimes I come off like a drewling window licker. Damn lead paint chips, I know they are bad for me but I just cant stop eating them....they are so good with onion dip while watching bugs bunny cartoons and coloring in my picture books...

btw these tire irons are cheap, bent like butter after the 5th hit to the skull....I miss the good ol' days when you can reuse tools.
