Any issue getting an alignmnet after installing rear sway bar?

Not really a problem but wondering if I bring my HHR in for an alignment could they blame any issues on the sway bar? Does it even come into play during an alignment?

Should not be a factor.

ok, I'm just asking because I'm bringing my HHR in to have the front bowtie replaced and am going to ask for an aligment and maybe a balance while it is there (little jittery ride on the highway) I have a feeling they would point to the sway bar and blame that

Didn't seem to effect mine. Though I think I need one after my new springs.

The rear sway bar should not be a problem with the front alignment.

Is there any rear alignment necessary for the HHR or is it front only?

HHR has a rear alignment also. The sway bar "should" not affect it. Is this a vibration you felt after the install and not before? If so, just check under again and see if you can see anything that might have moved since. I would also take the bar out, see if the vibration is gone, and then reinstall and see if it comes back before I take to the dealer. They see that bar and might blame everything on it.

Goose, if you need an alignment, try to find a shop that has the computerized Hunter rack. The Hunter equipment is really good.
