Had the arm that drives the passenger side come off Xmas eve and just finally got around to fixing it. The ball joint that is at the pivot point of the arm popped out from rust and the inherent wear, so I removed the assembly, drilled the arm that the passenger side wiper arm mounts to and made a bracket that I bolted onto the arm to keep the ball joint from popping back out. Works like a charm, and cost an hour of my time, that's it.

 

Driver's side just did the same thing. Now both sides are fixed as above. I should have done the driver's side when I did the passenger side!
