Red face GOT my HHR back today.. UPDATE

Went in with these issues...

ISSUES being looked at/fixed:
-Nasty burning smell
-Electronic Issue
-Front Brakes
-Rear Hatch Placement and Struts

PICKED it up today.. UPDATED status

SO i got my car back today..

Electrical problem didn't show up or mess up when they tried to do a diagnostic test.. BLAH this always happens, when u have a issue and u take it in, its like being sick and feeling okay when you get to the doctors..

Smell.. i ran over something that was burnin on my downpipe off engine.. they cleaned it off a little bit, the rest should burn off n a day or two..

Brakes.. new brake pads and cleaned rotors with some anti squeek stuff or something..

Rear Hatch.. adujsted it and something else.. but its not popping now or making noises

Passenger Seat.. the seam all the way across the butt pad came undone.. so they have me a new passenger seat on special order parts.. ill get it installed next week.

Recall Fix.. they found a recall on the hhr's top dash compartment.. they fixed that without even telling me. lol.

that about wraps it all up. glad to have my baby back

^^yeah what he said^^, on a sidenote, the estimate to get ours fixed is a 15 hour job and the body shop says they will have it 2 weeks

also, that smell was probably your drier sheet that got sucked through the vent
