Yes. That is pretty much normal and expected.

" Are the radio and phone charger killing the battery on their own?" - not entirely, as you say you also roll the windows up or down. If you are leaving a door open resulting in the interior light(s) on, that too will drain the battery - as many of us have found out when working on the vehicle with the door open for a half hour or more.
