Ok, went to have the aftermarket alarm system checked out at the dealer. (aftermarket thru dealer).
Seems as though the pass-key system and the AMS were in conflict with one another, which just sent the system into time-out.
No pump issues, fuel, S/S envy, etc.
Although I did go around the lot looking for a S/S anyway...
No such luck, but there were about 20 HHR`s in the lot, and of those, at least 5 panels.

Most looked like they where fresh off the truck, had some sorta plastic cover on the HHR/LT/LS emblems, but there was at least one 06, I believe because it had no boards and guards instead of the new plastic film (3M) guard.
