Bent rim fix
#11
When I worked in a tire shop, as long as they weren't cracked, we sent aluminum rims to a machine shop (they heated the aluminum and straightened it out that way, then shot it with a coat of silver paint). Rim looked good as new, no problems, no complaints, and that was over an 8 year span.

HI, I'm pretty late on this but what the heck....#1, Insurance will cover under road hazard, I bent right front on a pot hole. New wheel was 998 dollars. I got 798 from insurance, got it repaired for 125....It needed to welded...found a place close to my house on the internet (Wheel Repair) they picked it up and deleiived it back 2 days later...The bend cannot be on the outside....Good luck !
