Resolved Fixed Inttermittent blower motor

It has gone on for several months. It would run fine and then just quit. There wasn't a pattern. It finally failed and wouldn't restart after a short time. The fault was a loose HVAC relay. Mine is located on the fuse panel on the passenger side of the console. Several of the fuses clicked and seated when pushed. The relay was very loose and wiggling it would cause the blower to start/stop. Reseated the relay and all is fine.

this happened to me 2x also.

the 1st time the tech reached up behind the glove box to the fan motor and accidently hit the plug? it worked fine for a month or so;

then it happened again, this time i pulled the plug on the motor and did something to clean the connection.

been ok for 2-3 yrs now.

it MAY have been a rusty connection due to a leak before I owned it?
