OH, you can take the CTS out and replace it seperately. You just can't buy the pipe without it.

They all do it these days.

Quick and final update. Installed the used blower switch I got from E-Bay and everything is working fine. Took under 10 minutes to pop in-I wonder how much the dealer would have charged and how many hours they would have claimed it took? Years ago I needed to change the horn button on my wifes Saturn. The dealer claimed it took at least 1 hour and was not a job for a 'non-professional'. The Saturn forum gave me detailed instructions on how to do it. I bought the button for a few dollars and changed it right outside of the dealership in under 15 minutes.
