FWIW...Pulled the top off the shifter console, no visible wires off, checked for loose plugs, didn't have time to remove unit, put it back together....Yesterday I when I started it the security light came on and stayed longer than I remembered, put in drive and the locks activated (that was not working when put in gear) the clicking not in all shift positions as before, all is normal again. Something in the security system maybe, everything OK now.
