That's my vote! But I don't want to give up my 16 inch WV rally's!

Yeah, if I had wheels larger than 17" I would have gone with the 14.5's too. It looks like a pretty slick set-up. I just needed the max rotors to fit in my wheel size.

Let me first say that this didn't go on a stock HHR. It is using a Hydro Boost system from an Astro Van mated up to a Corvette master cylinder. The stainless brake lines are not stock and the lines go thru a B&M line-lock system. The spindles have been reversed from right to left but that won't effect the braking. The brackets and spacers are made of 3/8" & 3/16" plate. The rotors are C4 Corvette and the calipers are C5. Of course the rotors need to be re-drilled to 5x110 mm. The concentric ring is machined out of 3/16" plate. I'm not sure if it will need a proportining valve or not as I haven't used the system yet.
thanks for the answer!!! i feel like the others. i like the looks and thought!!! it would've been cool tho!!! guess im getting lazy in my old age....

I've had my HHR SS for about 2 months now still learning everything about them, from what I understand my wheels are of a supercharged cobalt so a LSJ from what i read, they are 18's will the 14.5" rotors from ZZP clear?

If it is the stock 18 inch wheel off a Cobalt SS you should have no problem fitting the 14 inch brake, should be the same size and offset as the HHR SS wheel

Those cobalt rims look awesome on the HHR! They are from the 08+ LNF cobalt. The LSJ variant used a wide 5 spoke design.

@Firefighter - we gotta get together!

Welcome to the site DaddyWagon.

The brake kit specs says it will clear the HHR SS stock 18 inch wheels. Not sure about those Cobalt wheels. You may want to check out the CobaltSS.com forum and look for an answer there.

Now one thing. You can't just put on the 14.5 rotors alone with your stock calipers. Won't fit. You'll have to buy the kit, or at least the adapter brackets that will move the calipers out farther to compensate for the bigger rotors.
If you have Brembos already, call ZZP and ask them about using those adapters with the Brembos.
