A/C Issue

Not trying to stir things up, but I'm a little offended by these generic responses.
(the same responses Chevrolet Customer Service,CCS gives to all problems)
Why offended? Because, the good folks here offer suggestions and hints to try to help people with their problems. Then CCS will jump in and say "Take it to the dealer".
It gives the impression that CCS thinks the folks here don't know anything and a HHR has to "go to the dealer" for anything to be fixed or repaired.
Sorry but that just ain't so.
OK. I got my rant out. I'll get off the soapbox now.

I do apologize but we highly respect the knowledge that the community members offer. As a customer care advisor we offer our assistance by communicating back and forth with the dealership concerning that vehicle. To further do my research I would need to gather the customers personal information. I cannot offer my personal opinion because I am not a certified technician. I will take your remark into consideration and try to provide a more detailed approach.
