Can't get right
I have a 2008 chevy hhr that won't start and when you turn the key all the dash and panel lights cut off. I've talked to the dealership they said the fuse box under the hood went out and to change the TCU and ECM all three changed and nothing happened. I'm dtired of spending money and not getting results.....

And you are posting here for what purpose? If you want diagnosing help you need to provide a lot more information. If you are just moaning about something try facebook.
The best advice to get your car repaired is to take it to a good mechanic instead of "talked to the dealership". Nobody works for free and free advice is, free.
If the fuse box is bad why replace the Transmission Control Unit and the Engine Control Module not the fuse box? How would the dealership know what was wrong if you only talked to them?
Why would all of the dash and panel lights be ON if the key has not been turned on?

Welcome to the site
I would first test the battery and as suggested check the battery cables both under the hood and in the back.
The connection to the under hood fuse box is know to work loose and can cause a no start.

You come on the site without even a Howdy and you don't expect to be treated the same?
There are a lot of people on this site that are very knowledgeable, have been there, done that, got the scars and T shirt to prove it, and are willing to help you if you give them useable information.
If you provide some real information about your car you might just get the help you need.
Things like:
Is the dealer you brought your car to an actual Chevrolet dealership or just some used car dealership?
Have you personally done any of the work.
Are you willing to try to do any of the work needed to get your car going again.
From reading your posts so far I am given to the idea that American English is not your main language. If it is you seem to lack the ability to express your self succinctly.
You give the impression hat you have a chip on your shoulder that you desperately want someone to knock off.
If I'm wrong I suggest you drop your attitude, step back reevaluate your position, and fill in some blanks and maybe reframe your original post into some answerable questions then try again.

At the moment you are leaving pissy messages. Did you think this is an official GM site (it is not)?
You did not ask a question, you made a statement. The assumed question was answered.
If you want a little info, you have to provide info and a question in a manner that is readable.
If this is an example of your communications skills, I think either you don't understand what "they" said or "they" didn't understand what you said.
I still don't know what you are asking for if the info given did not answer you. Sounds like you are complaining about the dealership being incompetent more likely there is a "failure to communicate".
It is very rare for a car to sit at a shop for a month awaiting diagnosis. If you paid for a repair that was not satisfactory you should take it back and have it fixed.
