car won't crank over

Ok so I have an 07 hhr 2.2 liter, the car was in a colission and I have replace the radiator, starter, and the battery. What is happening is that the headlights, windshield wipers, and blinkers won't turn on but I have power and the fuses are good. I can hear the relays clicking but nothing happens. When I try to start the car nothing happens and again I can hear the relays clicking but nothing happens anybody have any ideas what might be going wrong and the ignition was just replaced by the dealer under recall

Check the main fuse box under the hood - it may not be seated correctly after the collision which might have knocked it loose. They have been a known problem even without an accident.

there are several good descriptions of how to check the fuse box via the Search Tool at the top of the page.

X2, and aboard!

If checking the fuse box doesn't provide a cure, give us an update and we can point you in another direction.

Main ground, driver side radiator support. 2 wires connected.

the ground

Are you referring to the ground wire coming off the block and grounding on the body? If so it I connected and can you elaborate a little more

There is only one ground connection to the radiator support, there are 2 wires one goes toward the starter and one goes toward the ECM.

You description of the damage leads me to that point first, but a lot of other places also, for instance airbag deployment will cause a lot of electrical "problems", or hidden parts need replacing.

Come to think of that: do you have remote start? There is a starter interlock switch attached to the hood latch so that the starter won't work with the hood open..
