Think Whopper and others just giving you sound advice.

For others willing to take a wee bit o' advice, be careful in searching forums to find an answer that you want. Just because it sounds good... You can always find forums that will tell you that putting lil vortex swirly things in your intake will give you 1k mpg more .

have several codes. P0101,102,113,442,455 and 496. is there a single component that can cause all these?

This from the code list for 2008-2010 (from the Sticky)
P0101= MAF
102= MAF
113= IAT-high voltage
442= EVAP-small leak
455= EVAP-large leak
496= EVAP
Problem in the EVAP system,causing it to throw a Mass Air Flow code? Sorry,this ones past my expertise.

Well the simple answer is probably a "no" Larry, but I'm intrigued and thinking about it. My service manual collection is at my office, so in the morning over a coffee or three I'll see what I can dig up for you and post it here.

have sev codes. P0101,102,113,442,455,and 496. can a single component cause these?
