Thanks

There are several reasons

Exhaust leak near O2 sensor
Contaminated or failed HO2S2 (Sensor 2)
HO2S2 wiring/circuit problem
Loose installation of HO2S2
Fuel pressure incorrect
Faulty fuel injector
Engine coolant leak
Faulty purge solenoid valve
PCM has failed

You can rent a fuel pressure tester at most auto parts palaces. That’s where I would start

No problem, but test things first before you order any parts.

When I had it the cause was a Bosch #2 O2 sensor. I would start by replacing the #2 O2 sensor with a NGK/NTK; or looking at the wires to the #2 O2 sensor.

Replace the second 02 sensor. Fairly cheap and easy, almost surely the cause. Use the NHK sensor.

I didn’t want to load the parts cannon.

I agree with sparing the parts cannon.

There are a few cases, tho, where you can save the list of other possibilities for the unlikely event that ridiculously common cause isn't it.

Like P0010/13; check the wires, but it's almost always a bad solenoid section of the VVT solenoid valve. Yeah, you could check the resistance, prolly pointlessly...
