So are you saying the loose connection points to the BCM being that it was reset by the R&R of his 25 amp fuse ?

I just wanted to update this "problem".
Again, the no start only seemed to be when internal cabin temps got high with the windows closed.
I happened to do front brakes and kept the key on to unlock the steering as I turned the wheels to work on the job. After the repair, which took a little over
an hour, the battery was dead.
The battery was an AC/Delco of unknown date. Could have been original (2010).
Install a Interstate battery and have not had the problem again so far, when day's were hot to cause the problem.

A brand new battery will not hold up for a brake job. Ask how I know.

I didn't know the brakes and interior door locks were inter-related - I was barely able to start it after swapping interior door handles around. I guess a brake job takes more power?
