Coolant leak drivers side
I replaced oil pressure sensor yesterday, due to it leaking oil. I noticed coolant reservoir was only about 25% full, I added dex-cool so that is was about 3-4" from the top. I just pulled into work today and noticed the temp gauge was reading 214-216 as I was idling thru the parking lot. I pop the hood and I got coolant leaking onto the sub frame on the passenger side, below coolant reservoir. I could not find the source. I plan to top it off with some distilled water and jack it up when I get it home for a proper inspection. In the meantime where do you think it could be leaking from? I know you guys are usually dead right!

As I recall, the normal cold coolant level is pretty much at the 25% reservoir level.
If you overfilled it, it may have overflowed out of the tank once it got hot.
Was there any coolant leaking out before you added coolant?

I did not notice coolant leaking to begin with. After filling it up with coolant and taking it for a test drive yesterday, checking oil leak .. I noticed coolant. Then I realized that I did not snap coolant reservoir closed, so chalked it up as spillage. I snapped it closed and clean coolant off engine bay. But even if it were dripping from reservoir, this does not explain the 216 temp today.

Look under the rad to cylinder head hose , the one with the radiator cap, that plastic piece has been known to crank and leak , I replaced mine with this style

I agree with fastsuv, you overfilled the recovery tank.

The purpose of the recovery tank is to collect the overflow of coolant caused by heat expansion, then returning it after the cool down. If you overfill the tank where do you suppose the extra coolant is going to go?
The cold fill mark is on the bottle way down by the indent.
