Has anyone had their sunroof repaired? The windscreen unit failed and GM is asking $700 to repair the item. I was told the screen is a complete unit, and the part will cost $317 and the repair itself will be $370. Am I being taken for a ride, or is this normal. I would appreciate any response.

At about 16,000 miles my dealer messed up my sunroof adjusting it, and the cost for a complete sunroof - rails , glass, all of it . i think was $ 1200.00
At least thats what he told me. If mine breaks now , i'll def. go after mkt. deflector.
