My '07 LT 5-spd has the shift light (also has a constantly illuminated tire pressure light due to all 4 tires NOT syncing with the TPS...it's a pain, but has a nice, romantic glow in the evening...too cheap to pay for new sensors)

I just ordered TPMS sensors $10.00 USD each on EBay, free shipping. I change them myself in my driveway. Then use my TPMS tool to tell my HHR they are there. I got that off Amazon for $7, just 2 years ago.

How is there no CEL if the EVAP is not running?
Check your hood latch. It is a pair of switches that enable RVS. If there is no wire going to it the car is not equipped for it. The latch may be misaligned or the wires not connected/broken.
If the cluster displays the odometer and MPH then it was programmed. The odo data is stored in the BCM.

Seriously.....I've read on several threads that they were closer to $100 than $10. Looks like I'm gonna be getting rid of a TPMS error soon! Thanks Oldblue!

Old news is not always accurate news. Prices have dropped rapidly; I sold my old TPMS tool for $80 5 years ago, now you can get new ones from US vendors for around $10. The sensors now have competition so they are a lot cheaper now.

That's what I'm trying to figure out, I can't get the car emission tested because they keep accusing me of pulling the battery cables to fool their computers and the "car isn't ready" even though I show them on my OBD Fusion app that it's had over 70 warm ups and 1300 miles now put on it
From what I've read on this forum this monitor can be a major PITA. The wiring is there, I'm going to check for power/ground at the connector I think I have a multimeter somewhere. I have checked that the CEL lights up briefly when I turn the key on.

I’m sure you could find 4 pacs of the sensors, I just ordered them as I needed them. Your 2007 shows part number 13598771 for the TPMS sensors, so try that number in Ebay

Google the relearn tool, they show up on Amazon CA and EBay CA , you might find one even cheaper!

I (sort of) forgot I'd read the need for the keyless remotes to enter into learning mode. Any suggestions where to pick up a couple keyless remotes (besides Amazon---I can find them there)?

If you can't tell from my posts, Betty was in poor shape and in need of a LOT of TLC when I got the old girl ; )
