At 90,000 I changed the entire strut system (that was a bigger to change) on the car, helped somewhat, now the CV joints are bad. Front was designed wrong, much too light for the vehicle.

Yeah, ALL GM cars are good to moan and groan about, the dam things wear out and force you to post in un related threads. Probably not the CV, but hub/bearings were always the problem.
