I mispoke on who I was talking to...it was the service rep not a tech. All they really do is tell me when it is ready or what the status is on the car. I will talk to the service manager when I do get the vehicle. I should be able to tell really fast if is right or not when I pick it up.

I didn't realize the engine in our vehicles was an Inline 4. So yes it would be impossible to have more than one cylinder head.
