Ok, now lets suppose the car doesn't have a sun roof. Did the engineers just leave the drains in the design (are they serving no purpose now)?

Hmm... Ok. So besides the cowl right now, which looks air tight, it is really impossible for water to be the cause of the resistor going? Like someone said on page 1, these aren't the strongest things, right?

If it keeps getting wet, maybe you have a possible heater core leak.

Ugh, I really hope not, I just got the thing replaced.

I guess if this keeps up, I'll need to find a mechanic. Thanks for your help, everyone!
