Does it do it only when cold, first thing in the morning, or consistantly when its hot? I'm really thinking you should have the engine mounts checked. If they are going, you can get all sorts of vibrations, chatter etc.

Sounds like the clutch plates may be contaminated with oil - from an improper install, or a leaking main seal on the crankshaft (had a similar problem many years ago - intermittant at best - installed a new clutch and problem resolved).

or....... they didn't tighten up all the mounts for the tranny/engine (like my Toyota dealer did years ago after rebuilding the tranny under warranty - oh they did a good job: left out a simple circlip and had to re and re tranny a second time to install the circlip, left the drain plugs loose so they leaked out tranny fluid all over the driveway, and forgot to tighten the rear crossmember for the tranny which caused some major noise) - other than that they did a great job LOL.

ok well i just got my car bavk today after they had it for 3 days. they told me i was hearing and feeling things that my car was doing and they said it was fine nothing was wrong with it. not folr nothing i dont beleve them. they also said it could be a problem thats too small to find sounds like a load of crap to me
