Engine cranks but will not start

I also checked he pin # 16 on thew OBD and there is no voltage there. I also check the fuse # 13 and it is good. Thew dealer replaced the ignition switch so I will take a look at this also ! All that was done is a new fuel pump installed. Recall on the key ( 2006 HHR) And ignition switch. The old fuel line was repaced by me! Gas flows in the line but not reahing Fuel Rail.
Well, there's something. Where is the fuel going?

My guess is you missed something when you placed the fuel line. The way little tid bits are dribbling out I don't know. It sure would make things easier if you just gave us something to work with.
First you say "I went to a dealership now my car won't start" and now you say you replaced a fuel line and don't know how that could have anything to do with lack of fuel flow from one end of the line to the other. And BTW, new fuel pump too. Did you drive the car away from the ignition recall or not?
I don't know why you would be looking at electronics at all. If there is pressure at the tank end the pump is working. When exactly in the flow of things did the car stop starting?
