Maybe it is a coincidence but I figured I would check to see if anyone else got a Check Engine Light shortly after installing aftermarket wheels. I kinda doubt the wheels are the cause since we have probably put 300+ miles on since putting them on.

If so, what is the fix?

I checked the gas cap and will look at other possible suspects as well.

Nope not me i put 18s on and got nothing.

 

The check engine light should be lit due to an emissions based issue.

Have the code scanned at autozone and let us know which code is being thrown, they should do it for free.

Probably gonna have to get the injectors replaced. Hopefully, you still have some warranty left.

 

Plenty of warranty left. I bought a crazy long extended warranty. I'll take it to Auto Zone and see what they come up with. Thanks.
