What exactly did they do to yours to quiet it? Was it changing that tubing that's addressed in one of the Service Bulletins, or was there more to it than that?

When I took my HHR in I gave them the TSB and they agreed that was the problem. TSB number is 06-01-38-004A. That replaces the condenser tube and evaporator tube assembly and a clip. That was all they did, and it fixed the problem. The sound was a little annoying, especially on the highway, but I was more concerned if it would cause problems in the long run, so I got it fixed. Glad I did becouse it is very quiet now, and seems to be a bit colder.
