Exclamation In the Shop Today for this problem.

I took my 07 LS into the shop for brake chatter and they replaced the pads, turned the rotors and shimmed the brakes. I hope this is the last time, but I see it may not be.

06/23k pulsing

I have found my 06 with 23k miles pulsing and will need to take it in. I can't help but feel that chevy is making a cheap cheap car if you have to have brake work done before the warrenty is even out.

Just installed good aftermarket rotors and the car shakes worse on stopping. These are the famed ECB and Greenstuff British ones I got from one of our vendors.
We've had them on for a few weeks and they are not getting better. Now ther may also be some tire shenanigans going on since we put new tires on at the same time. But the front end does not shake until the brakes are applied, so I doubt it.

Will be getting the garage to look at it next week.
Just wanted things to get better since the stock rotors kept needing turning then replacing.

I'll complain to the vendor and ECB if the rotors are at fault. We broke them in gently and still they wobble. Musta got a bad set?

Still like my car but lately it has been one step forward, two steps back.
