Heater won't blow

Heater won't blow
Heater started blowing intermittently. Now won't blow at all.
Changed blower motor card - nope.
Changed blower motor relay - nope.
Hot/cold adjustment works.
Selection of floor/split/dash/defrost works.
Blows warm air when outside air is selected and car is moving.
Ideas?

Bad motor. Bad switch.

By "card" I guess you mean "resistor pac"?
