Help!!
I'm new here and I need some help. My front window has had moisture on it twice now. Last time I took it to the dealership, they said they took care of it. It happened again yesterday and they checked it today and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Anyone else have this problem??? I need some help here!

#07-08-57-001B: Water Leak, Front and Rear Carpet Wet, Mildew Odor When A/C is Turned On or Blower Motor Inoperative (Reseal Body Seams) - (Nov 29, 2007)
Subject: Water Leak / Front and Rear Carpet Wet, Mildew Odor When A/C is Turned On or Blower Motor Inoperative (Reseal Body Seams)
Models: 2006-2008 Chevrolet HHR
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This bulletin is being revised to include an additional water leak concern at the outside mirrors. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 07-08-57-001A (Section 08 -- Body and Accessories).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Condition
Some customers may comment on the following concerns:
• The carpet is wet.
• The HVAC blower is inoperative.
• There is condensation on the windshield or side glass.
• A mildew odor when the A/C is turned on.
Cause
These conditions may be caused by the following:
• Air bubbles in the body sealer (front of dash).
• Module plate not sealing.
• Front body hinge pillar not sealing.
• Leaking cowl air inlet butyl patch.
• Door water / dust deflectors.
• Mirror retention clip not sealed.
**We have found that the cowl inlet butyl patch is the most common cause of condensation on the windshield. This is located under the plastic cowl cover (where the wiper arms are). This butyl patch is suppose to keep water/moisture out of the air inlet ducts.

I've had moisture on windshields for yrs. Car sits out side on a winter day and if the sun shines (not much in Oh in the winter) moisture forms on the inside of the glass from the snow that my feet introduced to the floor matt.and freezes at night. It was better when I had window vents shields and opened the windows a crack but my HHR doesn't have the vent shades and as long as it is cloudy it is fine. You may just have normal moisture at this point and not the water leak problem Chevy Mgr mentions.

help...
It was just moisture on the inside of the window. There was snow and it was sunny...so that could have been it. Last time, they said they had to sand something down in my heating/ac system. This time, "they couldn't find anything." who knows...
