So it's a big, red wire? That's the battery positive. That ring doesn't look heavy enough for that, looks more like a ground.
That big wire that's connected to the starter, the one with the insulation with a big hole in it, that looks more like battery positive. You've already got 2 heavy wires on that post, right? One goes to the alternator, the other should go to the fuse block, just as you're describing the loose wire.
The hole in the insulation needs to be closed up, and there is supposed to be a red cover that flips over the bolt on the side of the fuse block in post #24.

Ok, I have the 2 big ones on the starter the one for the battery terminal and the other one, the other one looks just like the one that's hanging loose!! A mechanic sold me this car and it started messing up a month after buying! I had it for a little over 2 months and only drove it for the first month,n he doesn't answer my call to come look at this ****. I have a wire connected to the alternator already

No.1 terminal should be hot at all times since it is supposed to be hooked directly to the battery. Check it with your VOM or test light.
No. 2 should be hot also at all times since it comes straight from the fuse box hot side. Again. Check with VOM or test light.
You said before that you just replaced the starter. My guess here is that you didn't put all the wires back correctly.
No.1 is probably not going to be hot. If it's not, then No.2 (if hot) should go there.
FYI. Please disconnect the battery before working around those starter wires. Remove the negative side battery cable.
