Hhr Problems Again Bulletin Issued

Snoopy, I understand that dealer service departments are all different and independent. When they tell me that they can't replicate a problem I will usually show them and make sure they see or I go to another dealer.
When I made mention of them telling me that a problem I was having was "A characteristic of the HHR" that came directly from a rep at GM Canada after I filed a complaint about an issue with my HHR. They said they had all the HHR's examined at 2 random dealership and they all had the same issue. Because they all had the same issue I'm supposed to forget about it and be happy. To me this is unsatisfactory and they said it will only be looked into and possibly dealt with if more customers complain about it.
Why they need people to complain when all the HHR show a similar problem I don't know.
