They are all built with quality. Where have you heard they are not. I've owned 2 that have been trouble free and many others have too. Just because some have had problems, doesn't mean they are all like that. Toyotas, Hondas and the rest all have some problems.

I've had my 06 since new and have only one issue, ignition key stuck, taken care of by warrenty. After 50+K miles and 30+ mpg average, I'm happy.

Thumbs up we have 2...

We have a '06 LT (Summit White) & a '09 LS (Black)...33,000 trouble free miles on the '06 & leaving this week for a trip from Chicago to Montauk, NY then up to Maine and back in the '09...I love the HHR more than any car I have owned.

Thumbs up HHR Quality

We will have had ours 4 Years on the 15th of this Month! There were a couple of very minor glitches the first Year, taken care of under the Warranty, but overall we find no fault with the quality of "our" HHR! We love it still!!

I have a 09 LT2 that I am extremely happy with, and no problems I now have 5000 miles on it and last trip with some city driveing ave 30 mpg. This has been the most fun to drive car that I have owned and put together better than many that I have owned, it reminds me of my Honda Prelude SI....I have owned Ramblers, Lincolns,Fords,Oldsmobiles, Buicks,Hondas, Toyotas, Chevrolets....and I keep coming back to Chevy....We currently also have a 01 Chevrolet Suburban LS 3/4 ton that we pull our 29 foot Summit travel trailer. Anyway I plan keeping this HHR many years, yea, I like it that well...

Ok, well I was reading the problems listed here on this site..

Guess I'm spoiled, still running my '98 Chevy SS-10 since new, that has been a super reliable truck..

But still have thoughts of a panel...But the SS panel is too pricey for an extra toy for me..

oneton-

I remember yours with the moon hubcaps, from back when I visited here pretty often.. I always liked how you did it up... Nice & clean..

Thanks for all the replies..
