my car has had other issues that were factory problems.

that is why i am not surprised by problems like that.

which where found before the stage kit.

he had redone the boost sensor at least once because they replaced the stage kit to get a new sensor.

they completely bypassed the original wire and all of the sensor fluctuations went away.

but like i said every thing they replace fixed the problem little by little.

anyway it is under warranty so i do not care what they replace as long as it works.

i personally think it was a factory defect the whole time. because of previous issues before the stage kit.

 

You should meet my 90 year old friend Virginia that lives on a beach alone and drives a 6 speed corvette. She was officially the oldest woman to buy a new corvette. Got her knee replaced the 2nd time and told the PT they had to have her back in gear by summer so she could depress the clutch and drive the 'vette. She rocks!

Hope you get the boost issue fixed, I have an SS and will keep an eye on this post...

Good point. I have observed that when something goes wrong with a vehicle with a GM Turbo Upgrade kit, many immediately attribute the issue to the kit and not an inherent problem with the vehicle. It's basic troubleshooting instinct, but advanced troubleshooting extends beyond the last change of state or condition.

 

I had about 13k miles on the car when I got my stage 1, been fine for a few months. The problems I'm having only popped up since it got warmer outside :-\.
