HHR Wanders to the left

HHR Wanders to the left
Just curious if anyone else has this problem. Occasionally while driving my HHR will wonder to the left. It doesn't really pull it just heads that way and the wheel stays straight. I have checked the air pressure and set all 4 to 30 though they were all between 27.5 and 29 psi. I am taking the car in tomorrow for the left mirror wind noise and will have them check the alignment.
Another question do the molded mud flaps offered by GM help an HHR that does not have running boards. Thought of getting them tomorrow as well as I can see a problem later on If I don't do something.

You live near that HUGE body of water that causes so much snow in Buffalo, and you don't have running boards? The sand and salt will wreck your doors and rear quarters, flaps or no flaps. As for pulling....sure you didn't hit a hole and knock it out of alignment?

No problems here with alignment or pulling to one side.
The flaps will help...but not enough. My HHR came without them and I was starting to get the sandblasting, so I took my HHR in around 1000 miles and had the boards put on. No further damage has occurred since I added them to the car.

Ya gotta get flaps for sure. I had the $$$ molded HHR $$$ ones put on but I also have the running boards. I thought the flaps to be a bit short (at the back especially) and have just replaced then with flat flaps (yeah) that are 18"long. I took off the molded ones as I am chroming the wheel wells this week end and the molded ones would have thrown the trim out off wack or else I would have needed to mutilate them somehow. I live in Calgary ... Canada so no sense offering to sell you these ones.... They were only on the car for 5 days after I picked up the car though.
Good luck and think about the running boards like Firewatcher suggests!
