I noticed that my SS gets real noisy at over 125 mph. I guess I can live with it.

I think they all have this, on each side of the windshield. I'd be careful before filling it in...don't know if it serves a purpose or not? Not really sure though. I know we noticed it on mine when I test drove it, but I looked at the other one on the lot and it was the same way. At first it looked like the weatherstripping was missing or broken.

No purpose other then less parts and seals.....with the safe chassis I think they went less on windshield restraints and probably have a better adhesive...first chance I get I'll run some speed tape over it and see what happens..right now, its bike weather!

Check the mirrors

Just my two cents. There's a thread on this forum about whistling mirrors and its covered by a TSB. Had the same problem, dumped the thread and took my HHR SS to the dealer. Got it fixed in 1/2 hour and everything's fine so long as I'm under 125 MPH.

Makes you think a Huey is landing on your roof.

Doesn't feel real good on the ears either.

Wind noise...

I hope my AC doesn't ever stop working. There's absolutely no way I can ride with my back windows down. It creates deafening, eardrum-popping air-pressure sounds. NOT cool at all.
Not sure I would've bought this car if I had realized that. I didn't even think to check that because I've never experienced it before, and it was blazing hot when I test drove the car, so I was more concerned with how well the AC worked. If anyone has ANY knowledge of how to stop this awful sound, PLEASE share your info! Thanks!
