I think the adjustment screw is accessible from under the hood.....

Thanks to all the replies, i found the adjustment screw.

These are the original stock headlights and i have only replaced one since new. I now have 109,000 miles going strong. This is by far the best car i have ever owned, with very little maintenance.

I have not had any problems with this car at all . . . except . . . 6 months after we bought it, my wife was driving home one nite south of Hastings, MN and a Deer ran out in front of her. She was going 55mph, veered to miss but the deer, but ended up getting broadsided right in the middle of the hood! My wife pushed so hard on the brakes that it made a flat spot on the tires - they had to be replaced.

No one was hurt, but the radiator was angled forward towards the engine and the hood had a nice imprint of a deer's body in it. The airbags did not deploy. It took 4 months to be repaired at the body shop, because the hood had to come from the assembly line in Detroit.

I will post a picture later today of the imprint.

From what i have read, the Chevy Octane or Cruze will replace the HHR in 2012.

What do you mean by the Chevy Octane?? I've never heard of that before... If you mean the Orlando, that isn't coming to the United States anymore like they had originally planned. The Chevrolet Cruze is really more of a replacement for the Cobalt.
