I don’t know how to tie a slip knot at all, so I just had to make a loop and fix it in the groove of the nail solely due to strong tension in one direction

Paracord is a good way. Unfortunately, the door is locked when you are not ready for it. There is no paracord, no time, no peace of mind.
The first time I had to use a piece of wiring (I was at a car scrap yard at the time).
The second time I walked from shop to shop in the city center for about 20 minutes, until one grocery store offered me a piece of packaging twine. All this time the engine was running because I locked the door and left the key inside. And this time I froze my little finger, it was winter, and trying to open the door with gloves was completely impossible.
