Illumination issues

Just got a new HHR SS last week and noticed that the radio and climate controls have no illumination. Tach, Fuel, and Odometer displays are lit, but pretty much everything else is dark. The dimmer switch doesn't do anything. Could someone confirm this is not normal. Also, the turbo boost guage is not illuminated.

All of them should light.

Thanks. Scheduled an appointment with the dealer for tomorrow. Suspect it's a faulty dimmer switch or bad solder joint.

The dealer just called and said it was a blown fuse. They said my brake lights were out too (Yow!). They think the original dealer that sold it to me had to jump start it at one point and ended up blowing out the fuse.

I have got to go out now and check my car, I had to have mine jumped to test drive it the day I bought it....

That would be something 2 months with no brake lights and I have not been rear-ended.......
