You can get them a lot cheaper than $300. The 13.9 while running is a bit low, usually 14.3 but varies.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!! Thanks for all the help on this issue. The fuel pump module had two things wrong with it. First it would not hold pressure in fuel line, and second it would produce only half the amount of pressure needed. I dropped the tank, swapped out the pump. I took the exhaust loose from the mounts, but did not unbolt it. Put it all back together and had my gauge on the fuel rail. Fantastic holding pressure :) Started right up!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :) BTW, I bought the Delphi pump. Plug and play!
