If I understand correctly, I think it's splicced in,. But I would suggest you wait for Tony on this one.

The problem could be the wire itself; I mean the portion of the wire that covered by black tube attach on coil plate.

''The rubber skin'' that cover the wire could be damage.

The tech at GM used his ''super computer'' OBD 2 type during the road test and in the garage. On the screen he and I could see the speed of every wheel. The speed of the rear right wheel was erratic. On the road an while the wheel was mved by hand. The three others were varrying 2, 3, 5, 10 KM/H. the right one was still at zero then ''jumping'' to 5 km/h...that is when the code goes ON. In the garage he used a lenght of wires equipped with the ''plug'' that he had in his tool box. He used it to link his wire to the wire of the left rear wheel. Rolling the wheel with our hand, The speed signal of the left rear wheel (remember that on the tech computer, the right rear wheel was now the left rear wheel cause he had linked the right wheel onthe left wheel terminal) was normal compare to what it was. He did the same thing opposite. Connected the terminal(plug) of the right one on the rear left hub via is wire and the signal was erratic. He repared the wire and changed the plug.

Hope you're not to dizzy after reading this !!!!!!!! I'm doing what I can here! If you have other questions or didn't get somethin' don't hesitate i'll do what i can.

This is a great idea. I will get the OBD hooked up ASAP to check the 4 wheel sensors. I have always believed that my problem is due to the right rear sensor. I was hit there before I noticed the problem. Chevy said that everything checked out but I do not really trust them (they also said my battery was fine for 2 years before they finally changed it which solved that problem.)

My next hurdle will be getting my insurance to cover it, since the accident was 2 years ago (but there are records of my recurring complaints).
