Welcome to the site.
Check Engine Light(CEL) codes are read as numbers: ex P0001, P002, etc.
Without posting up the actual code number, it will be hard for us to verify that you did the correct repair.
Just because the code is "gone" doesn't necessarily mean it is fixed. The computer could have cleared it for a number of reasons.
Post up the actual code number and we'll see if we can help you.
Fwiw. As a guess, it sounds like your car is doing an idle relearn. It has to go through a certain number of key cycles to do a relearn.
Also, if you cleaned the intake system, the same relearn may apply.

I'm lost, intake sensor codes? you replaced both? both what, MAF sensor? Map sensor? let me ask you this, did you disconnect the battery at the negative terminal back at the battery, while you changed out these parts? Sorry I don't mean to sound negative but I just wanted to confirm a few things

Okay lets try this again. Intake sensor codes popped so i replaced both MAP & MAF Correctly. As well cleaned entire intake system. Codes are gone but now I'm getting higher RPM's between 1.75- 2.5. What should i do? 06 HHR LS 2.2.
Hoped it might just be a relearn but i'm going on two and a half weeks.

As stated above, you still haven't posted the actual trouble code numbers.
Without the numbers it's hard to tell if you even replaced the correct parts.
Trouble code numbers do not tell you what parts are bad. It tells you which direction to take in diagnostics procedures.
The code may read out as "Maf sensor" but that doesn't mean it's bad. As donbrew pointed out, if it's not plugged in correctly it could trigger the same code.
